Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Arcana account and everything stored with it: your readings, Oracle conversations, journal entries, and profile details.

From the app

Open Arcana and go to Profile.
Choose Account settings, then Delete account.
Confirm. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

By email

Prefer we handle it? Email privacy@arcana.app from the address on your account and we'll process the deletion.

What happens next

Your content is removed from active systems immediately and purged from backups within 30 days. We retain only the limited records required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
